Seeking Mentor

Well as I been talking about I have a huge interest in becoming a CRNA. I haven't really found anybody just yet to be a great mentor for me but i hope i find one soon! But even though i might not have a mentor yet i do have in mind of a get mentor that i picture which would be a mentor that loves the job they do and have an amazing work ethic that anyone could admire. Some questions id like to ask a mentor would be what is the hardest part in being in this field? What type of person will succeed in this line of work?

Some questions id like to ask a CRNA(Nurse Anesthetist) would be:
1) What are the pros and cons of being a CRNA?
2) What is the hardest part of being a CRNA?
3) What type of people are made for this job and what type of people arent?
4) How is all of the schooling? Was it stressful that you just wanted to sit and cry for hours or was it manageable?
5) How would you describe in one word the life of being an CRNA?
6) What is the best part of being a CRNA?
7) Why did you choose anesthesia to be your study?
8) Is it stressful at all?
9) Does this job take up a lot of your life?
10) Would you recommend people to become a CRNA?
